Current Release A behavior
The public Consultation Ritual prepares a brief locally in the browser. It does not submit, store, email, or transmit the answers. Atmosphere preferences last only for the current page session. No analytics, advertising pixel, fingerprinting code, marketing tag, or nonessential cookie is installed. Private staging separately uses access controls and is configured not to be indexed.
Before intake opens
Before any direct intake is activated, the project must document purpose, data fields, consent language, processor list, retention period, deletion route, access controls, incident handling, and applicable California privacy obligations. Analytics and marketing remain disabled until an approved, consent-aware implementation is evidenced.
Data minimization
Initial inquiries will not request payment details, government identifiers, health information, private property/security details, or other sensitive data. Every field must have a documented purpose.
