Generated media is not evidence of a real person, client, property, result, or endorsement. Concept media must retain provenance and be clearly labeled. No fictional or AI-assisted persona is presented as a real executive or employee.
Data boundaries
Client-confidential data, credentials, production records, and sensitive personal or property information are not sent to unapproved models. Vendor terms, retention, training use, regions, subprocessors, export, and deletion must be recorded before client-data use.
